Direct Marketing (doorknock) Partnership Program
Although agents understand that marketing is vital to the growth and success of their business, most do not have the necessary time, skills or resources to do what is necessary; mount a highly organized, high caliber, cost effective effort that reflects their professionalism and persistence. We are interested in partnering (or engaging) with agents who want to take a systematic and steady direct marketing (doorknocking) approach in an effort to gain a solid foothold in their desired farm. We provide you with the strategy, tools and support to make your effort successful. Here's what we offer.
Consultation to identify your initial target farm area. We insure that there is a clear and logical growth path so that the farm can expand as you experience successes.
Access to a web-based CRM (customer relationship manager – think of Saleforce or Top Producer) that has been designed to effectively manage doorknocking activity.
The web-based CRM provides 24/7 access to your data from any internet enabled device.
Schedule followup tasks so that potential clients are not overlooked.
Our CRM has been designed to allow you to update your daily doorknocking activities in minutes (critically important).
Instructional Youtube video series and micro-site with direction on how to best use the CRM system, i.e., data updates, coding each call, printing farm, etc.
Prior to a subsequent pass-through your farm, the CRM will allow you to print out your doorknocking database in a color coded format allowing you to easily identify potential opportunities from previous conversations and observations.
Spread your marketing dollars over a much larger farm by coding homes as "High Touch", "Low Touch" and "No Touch". The majority of your marketing resources will be focused on High Touch homes while Low Touch homes will still experience the doorknock and an attractive, inexpensive flyer.
Should you desire, you'll have access to our wholesale printer/direct mail service. We'll help you make decisions that help spread your marketing dollars over a much larger farm.

For the marketing and support services provided, the agent agrees to pay a 10% referral fee for listing activity within the defined marketing area.
