Client Support

I am here for you from the very beginning to the very end of the process.

Born and raised in Oakland, Wayne graduated from Cal State East Bay with a degree in Finance and a minor in French language. He continued graduate studies at The Institute of Political Science, Paris, France in International Relations. Wayne has been a licensed real estate broker and general contactor for over 25 years.  His extensive knowledge in contact negotiation to the nuts and bolts of the building trade provides him with unique skills and perspective to skillfully guide his clients whether they are buying or selling a home.

Buying or selling a home is a highly emotional process. Wayne’s skill set makes the complicated contractual side and the hands-on renovation side of the business one that is easily explained and understood by clients. His background in building (licensed general contractor) and investment real estate has made him a strong negotiator and his energetic, tactful personality helps his client’s close the best possible transaction.

Professional Affiliations
Wayne is a Leadership San Leandro graduate, a two term President of the Bay-O-Vista Improvement Association and a Steering Committee member of the Durant Street Task Force. He has served as President of the San Leandro Breakfast Club (est. 1954) and a member of the San Leandro Rotary Club and an appointed member of the San Leandro Police Department Chief’s Advisory Board.

Aging In Place Option

Thanks to smart planning and a wider array of services available to mature adults, more and more retirees are deciding to stay in their homes lifelong—or as long as they possibly can.

The thought of retirement and aging-in-place probably weren’t factors when you chose your current home, but by making needed modifications now —even if you’re in your 50s—you’ll save time, money and inconvenience later. Advice from an expert, I’d be glad to meet with you.

Families Helped

Being a realtor is much more than a job. Nothing is more rewarding than seeing a family walk into a house and knowing they have found their dream home. Helping families is deeply satisfying, and I would be honored to assist you in this adventure.

I couldn’t recommend Wayne Gregori enough!

We want to thank and commend you and your group for your guidance & performance in selling our house in Bay-O-Vista this Spring. Your attention to the many paperwork details, reference of a great team to clear our house in an estate sale, and suggestions for interior redecoration resulted in a rapid sale at a good price. We are very pleased with the whole experience.

Wayne, my husband and I want to thank you for your outstanding help in selling our house. We had wanted to sell for several years, but couldn’t seem to make much progress. You devised a realistic time line and helped us meet each goal. You were encouraging without being pushy. We were delighted to get seven bids above the asking price. And finally, when there were some delays with “sale pending” you were patient and gave us good guidance.

John and Mary A.

We are very happy with our new home!
