Born and raised in Oakland, Wayne graduated from Cal State East Bay with a degree in Finance and a minor in French language. He continued graduate studies at The Institute of Political Science, Paris, France in International Relations. Wayne has been a licensed real estate broker and general contactor for over 25 years.  His extensive knowledge in contact negotiation to the nuts and bolts of the building trade provides him with unique skills and perspective to skillfully guide his clients whether they are buying or selling a home.

Buying or selling a home is a highly emotional process. Wayne’s skill set makes the complicated contractual side and the hands-on renovation side of the business one that is easily explained and understood by clients. His background in building (licensed general contractor) and investment real estate has made him a strong negotiator and his energetic, tactful personality helps his client’s close the best possible transaction.

Wayne is a Leadership San Leandro graduate, a two term President of the Bay-O-Vista Improvement Association and a Steering Committee member of the Durant Street Task Force. He has served as President of the San Leandro Breakfast Club (est. 1954) and a member of the San Leandro Rotary Club and an appointed member of the San Leandro Police Department Chief’s Advisory Board.
